It's so fabulous to see that Mendez has a human side and a past, that he just wasn't always the hard-nose leader of HOT. So many things I could go into, but you need to read it for yourself. The men and women of HOT are all here, but it is John "Viper" Mendez's story. We, as fans of Lynn Raye Harris and this series, have been waiting for this story. And it is one hell of a story!
